Refund policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request has been accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Our pickup partners will reverse pick up your order within 4-6 working days from the day of booking the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
As soon as we receive return pick up, we initiate the refunds within 4-6 working days of us receiving the update. Please note that refunds cannot be initiated unless a return is received successfully. You can always contact us for any return question at karatbeemetal925@gmail.com.
Damages and issues
We recommend to let us know if the product is wrong jewellery/tampered/damaged/missing during unboxing by taking pictures of entire box and performing an unboxing video and contact us immediately, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific tem.

Missing Item       Â
In case of missing items in return orders, i.e., where the customer claims to have returned multiple products but actual pickup doesn't include all said items, the company has a right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount. This shall extend to promotional products, including but not limited to, free gifts and silver coins.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is received, we would ship the exchange product.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. The right to inspect is reserved to the company and the company decision will be final. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
